Remove hydrogen sulfide gas in one shot. We protect equipment by removing hydrogen sulfide gas generated from vulcanization in tire and rubber factories.
Hydrogen sulfide gas is a highly corrosive and harmful gas. Exposure to hydrogen sulfide gas can cause corrosion (rust) on the copper and silver parts of equipment, leading to equipment failure. The Coro Shooter removes hydrogen sulfide gas and prevents equipment failure due to corrosion. In the vulcanization process at tire and rubber factories, trace amounts of hydrogen sulfide gas are generated. Although these trace amounts of hydrogen sulfide gas do not affect human health, the impact on equipment is significant. Even hydrogen sulfide gas at levels of several tens of ppb can cause equipment failure due to corrosion. By installing the Coro Shooter inside the control panel where the equipment is housed, you can purify the air within the panel and prevent equipment failure caused by hydrogen sulfide gas. Since it can be installed simply within the panel, it is possible to implement measures against hydrogen sulfide gas easily and at low cost. basic information
The Koroshuter adopts a chemical adsorption method that uses chemical adsorbents to chemically react with and remove hydrogen sulfide gas. Unlike physical adsorption, which attaches hydrogen sulfide gas like activated carbon, the chemical adsorption method transforms hydrogen sulfide gas into a different substance, eliminating concerns about gas re-release. Additionally, compared to photocatalytic methods, the adsorption speed is 5 to 10 times faster, and the removal efficiency is extremely high, allowing for the immediate removal of incoming hydrogen sulfide gas. The rapid removal speed minimizes the risk to equipment. [Advertisement] We will be demonstrating the Koroshuter at INCHEM TOKYO 2023. https://www.jma.or.jp/INCHEM/ We look forward to your visit. Applications/Examples of results
The hydrogen sulfide gas generated from the vulcanization process in tire and rubber factories is removed to protect the surrounding equipment from corrosion failures caused by hydrogen sulfide gas. In some cases, a coating is applied to the base of the equipment as a gas countermeasure, but the coating cannot be applied to the connector parts. Unless the hydrogen sulfide gas is removed, it is impossible to prevent corrosion failures caused by hydrogen sulfide gas. Additionally, coating processing is costly and takes a long time, making it difficult to procure replacement equipment immediately if a failure occurs. Furthermore, due to the recent semiconductor shortage, inverters and relay switches that are vulnerable to hydrogen sulfide gas are experiencing longer lead times, making it challenging to procure replacement parts if the machinery fails. By installing a corrosion shooter, we can contribute to the safe operation of factories and reduce opportunity losses due to equipment failures. It is being adopted in tire and rubber factories nationwide.

Company information
JMSS Co., Ltd. was established in July 1976 with the keyword "environmental measurement." Since then, as a pioneer in environmental measurement in Japan, we have contributed to domestic environmental measures by initially importing excellent measuring instruments from overseas and then engaging in domestic manufacturing. We have also expanded our business to include energy-saving and plant corrosion prevention equipment as an extension of environmental measurement. In September 2003, we obtained ISO 9001:2000 certification (updated to ISO 9001:2015 in September 2021) (LRQA Limited). We promise to further enhance customer satisfaction with our products and services. We position compliance with laws and regulations as our top priority and are committed to advancing as a company to realize our motto, "Make Japan Beautiful."
