I was asked by the user to handle the pressing process. However, I've been receiving many inquiries from those who have never done it before. I'm here to assist those who are facing pressing for the first time.
We would like the user to perform press-fitting. ↓ I have never done it. I don't know how to do it. ↓ After researching, it seems that applying pressure (load) from above would be sufficient. ↓ I am not sure if just that equipment will ensure quality. We have been receiving many inquiries following this kind of flow. There are many things that cannot be understood during the prototype stage, such as variations at the press-fitting end, which can only be understood by actually trying it out. Our company is equipped with a testing device that can continuously measure and manage load and stroke values on the press-fitting machine, allowing for verification at the prototype stage. We have a proven track record with various directions, speeds, and head shapes. We aim for stable press-fitting not only through the equipment but also by designing and manufacturing jigs. [Features] ■ By continuously monitoring stroke and load and paying attention to changes, it is possible to manage the press-fitting end for each cycle. ■ Capable of accommodating various directions, speeds, and head shapes. ■ We propose equipment suitable for the working environment. ■ We manufacture original space-saving models. ■ We analyze the causes of defects from multiple angles and independently develop dedicated jigs. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

We are a manufacturer specializing in the design and production of dedicated machines, including press-fitting and testing/measuring devices, as well as robots. Regarding press-fitting, we have developed our own testing equipment that can propose numerical values such as load even in the prototype stage, and we accept various consultations that include issues related to specifications and design. With the aim of solving "customer challenges and concerns," we have seen a demand for automation in press-fitting machines and inspection devices in recent years. For example: - Equipment that includes loading and unloading (packaging) for press-fitting devices - Inspection of products from all directions (automation of visual inspection) To respond more precisely to these needs, we have introduced robots in-house, evolving our role from mere transportation to verifying and proposing changes in the work itself. Leveraging our past achievements, we are open to various consultations from across the country, even for projects that have been declined elsewhere, maintaining a challenging attitude without being constrained by fixed ideas. We aim to provide flexible proposals tailored to our customers, understanding both the advantages and disadvantages of using "robots at times and no robots at other times," based on our proven track record. In 2022, to tackle new jigs that had been abandoned due to the limitations of handling multiple products and weight restrictions in traditional metal processing, we introduced a 3D printer.
