Is the cause of "human error" on-site training? What initiatives have halved the defect rate?
"People will inevitably make mistakes." With the premise that human concentration and attention have limits, let's understand the mechanisms of human error and work to eliminate them!
It is difficult for everyone to perform their work perfectly without mistakes, and no matter how careful one is, human error cannot be reduced to zero. However, if we simply leave it at "it can't be helped," it can lead to increased man-hours and costs, while quality declines, resulting in significant losses for companies. There are various causes such as complacency, decreased awareness of danger and safety, and lack of education and training. So, how can we prevent these errors in advance and minimize the impact in case they do occur? In this document, we will focus on "human errors due to lack of education and training," examine the factors leading to mistakes stemming from issues with manuals and on-the-job training (OJT), and introduce effective solutions.

basic information
"Tebiki" is a video manual service that solves the challenges of on-site training. In on-site education, where business know-how is concentrated in "actions," video manuals are highly effective and help improve human errors caused by insufficient training, such as the occurrence of defective products due to work mistakes and variations in work quality due to differences in teaching methods. Even staff without specialized knowledge in video editing can intuitively utilize video technology for creation and editing through a user-friendly interface, supporting the establishment of on-site training systems. 【Features】 ■ Easily create video manuals by filming regular OJT (on-the-job training) ■ Create, edit, and manage video and document manuals on the cloud ■ Automatic conversion of speech to subtitles using voice recognition technology ■ One-click automatic translation of text into over 100 foreign languages Video manuals contribute to operational efficiency by reducing the labor required to create paper manuals and decreasing the frequency and duration of OJT, as well as addressing issues such as "knowledge transfer" and "employee turnover." ★ We are currently offering a helpful resource titled "Methods to Reduce Human Errors Due to Insufficient Training."
