【Factory Tour Information】 We are accepting factory tours at any time for companies considering manufacturing outsourcing. 【Equipment Introduction】 ■ Resin Molding Equipment We have 34 molding machines ranging from 50 to 1,050 tons. We specialize in molding and processing polycarbonate resin, as well as ABS and POM, and can also perform gas molding and in-mold molding. ■ Mold Manufacturing Equipment We can produce 30 molds per month in the 150-ton class. We also have light metal molding machines, which shorten the mold processing time. ■ Decoration Equipment We have two sputtering deposition machines, one large and one small, allowing for processing tailored to decoration specifications. The large machine can accommodate sizes up to 400mm in width, 400mm in length, and 100mm in height, and we also support full-color printing with an inkjet printer. ■ Prototyping Equipment We own light curing machines and NC processing machines, enabling us to handle everything from data creation to production in a short lead time. Additionally, secondary processing of handmade items can be done using our in-house decoration equipment. ■ Assembly and Manufacturing Equipment The assembly area has space for 10 assembly lines with 30 to 40 assembly personnel, and the layout can be adjusted flexibly. ■ Circuit Board Mounting and Harness Processing Equipment We have inserters, mount machines, automatic crimping machines, and welding machines, and circuit board inspections are conducted using automatic inspection devices.
