The "Saba-ru KW300" is a forearm support walking aid that can be safely used with just one handle, serving three functions: an assist lever for standing up, a brake, and a gripping bar for walking. With its wide elbow support platform (forearm support), it can bear body weight, allowing for long walks without fatigue, and promotes good posture during walking rehabilitation.
