We provide software (AI inspection library) that outputs the difference from the normal state as a numerical value (anomaly score) when given the operating sound of the inspection target equipment, supporting high precision, automation, and labor-saving in inspection and quality control tasks as well as condition monitoring. Inspections that relied on the experience and intuition of skilled workers or were previously impossible due to time and location constraints can now be conducted. Since it supports both "sound" and "vibration," it is possible to use an accelerometer for vibration when sensors can be directly attached to the target equipment, and to use a microphone when they cannot, allowing for flexible adaptation to the situation.
