This is a comparison with general hole drilling welding. Conventional welding tends to be curved welding, which is more difficult and requires skill, but after bar turning processing, end face welding allows for simple and easy welding by just rotating the positioner, ensuring reliability equivalent to butt welding.

When using a welded joint TEE, multiple welds are required, but by using a barrelling process, the number of welds is reduced to one-third, improving accuracy and product reliability.

This is an internal comparison between conventional hole drilling welding and barrelling processing. In conventional welding, a rough weld bead inevitably remains inside, leading to the accumulation of contaminants. In barrelling processing, the R-shaped curve formed at the branching part prevents contamination and also reduces fluid resistance and pressure loss. Additionally, it prevents erosion and corrosion.
