In particular, the kerosene burner nozzles used in oil water heaters have been supplied to many customers for over 30 years under a production system of tens of thousands of units annually and strict quality control. 〇 Simplex Burner Nozzle (KSN Type) This is a general nozzle for oil water heaters, heating devices, and dryers that adopts an ON-OFF control combustion method. Specifications are determined by the spray pattern, flow rate, and spread angle. Main Features: - Turn-down ratio of approximately 1:1 - Control method: ON-OFF control method 〇 Return Burner Nozzle (BN Type) This nozzle is developed for oil water heaters, oil heating devices, and dryers that adopt a proportional control combustion method. Unlike the simplex type, it allows for adjustment of the spray flow rate by providing a return flow path inside the nozzle. Main Features: - Turn-down ratio of approximately 4:1 - Control method: Proportional control method - The spray angle remains stable even when the spray flow rate is changed, resulting in uniform spray distribution - Since the spray flow rate can be controlled at a constant supply pressure, the particle size remains almost the same even when the spray flow rate is varied.
