Rigid polyurethane is molded through a chemical reaction that occurs when two raw materials, polyol and isocyanate, are mixed together. The polyurethane we handle is a rigid polyurethane that is characteristic of general-purpose plastics. It allows for relatively easy molding of complex designs required in mold (molded) products, which are difficult to achieve with general-purpose plastic molded products, as well as uneven thickness and thick molded products.
