Solving the labor shortage caused by parental leave with AI-OCR! From a small start to nationwide expansion.
We would like to introduce a case study of Mirai Kogyo Co., Ltd., which manufactures and sells electrical equipment materials, water supply and drainage equipment materials, and gas equipment materials nationwide, that has implemented AI-OCR "DX Suite," RPA, and a fax order system. The challenge was how to overcome the temporary labor shortage caused by employees taking parental leave. After the introduction of our products, we combined three systems to reduce business hours by 50%. We were previously handling input tasks with 11 people, but even with 4 of them currently on parental leave, we are still able to perform input tasks as before. 【Case Overview】 ■ Target Document: Order Form ■ Before - There was a temporary vacancy due to employees taking parental leave. ■ After - Combined AI-OCR with other systems to reduce business hours by 50%. - Established a system that is not affected by personnel changes. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
