We would like to introduce a case study of Mirai Kogyo Co., Ltd., which manufactures and sells electrical equipment materials, water supply and drainage equipment materials, and gas equipment materials nationwide, that has implemented AI-OCR "DX Suite," RPA, and a fax order system. The challenge was how to overcome the temporary labor shortage caused by employees taking parental leave. After the introduction of our products, we combined three systems to reduce business hours by 50%.
