◆Efficient Installation of Glass and Building Material Panels Actio Co., Ltd. has started renting out the glass worker, a heavy object suction transport machine, from January 11. The glass worker is an arm-type remote operation machine. It can suction and transport glass and building material panels using suction cups, and fit them into window frames or walls. Since the suctioned part can move horizontally to the side, fine adjustments can be made during installation, allowing for efficient placement of glass and other materials by operating the remote control close to the installation site. ◆Three Models Available for Rent The glass worker comes in three models: the self-propelled GW625 and GW1125, and the UPG1200, which can be used for installation while being lifted by a crane. The GW625 has six suction pads and a maximum load capacity of 625 kg, while the GW1125 has twelve suction pads and a maximum load capacity of 1,125 kg. Both models allow for boom elevation and retraction, as well as lateral and vertical swiveling and rotation. The UPG1200 features twelve suction pads and a maximum load capacity of 1,200 kg.
