Independently control the shaping air of the 2 systems! Reduce paint loss due to overspray.
The "RB1000-SSD/RB1000-SAD" is a painting machine that improves rotational performance by adopting a high-efficiency air motor. It reduces paint loss due to overspray and can achieve a reduction in paint usage of over 20% (based on results from bumper painting tests conducted at our experimental facility). Additionally, by employing a thermal insulation structure using exhaust purge air in the air pathway, it prevents condensation caused by the exhaust of the air motor, eliminating the need for air heaters. 【Features】 ■ Supports high discharge volume with new technology ■ Reduction in paint usage through pattern control ■ Adopts a thermal insulation structure using exhaust purge air in the air pathway ■ Prevents condensation caused by the exhaust of the air motor ■ No need for air heaters (may be required under certain conditions) *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
