Developed an inverse phase connection method (mechanical phase interference reduction method)! Developed a system to reduce noise.
We have developed a system to reduce the ultra-low frequency noise generated by the vibrating screen of the Sand Master (primary treatment machine) used in mud-water pressurized shield construction and continuous underground wall construction. Ultra-low frequency sounds, which are below 20Hz and typically inaudible to most people, can create a discomforting sensation of being pressed from the direction of the vibrating screen, depending on their intensity. When the sound pressure level exceeds approximately 85dB, the discomfort can intensify, although individual sensitivity may vary. Since its development, we have received numerous adoptions. 【Issues with Ultra-Low Frequency Noise】 ■ Ultra-low frequency sounds are below 20Hz and typically inaudible to most people. ■ There is a discomforting sensation of being pressed from the direction of the vibrating screen, which varies with intensity. ■ When the sound pressure level exceeds approximately 85dB, the discomfort can intensify, although individual sensitivity may vary. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
