PAT inline particle size, turbidity, and polymorphism monitoring device
BlazeMetrics Next-Generation PAT All-in-One Probe
The next generation all-in-one probe has been born. It accurately monitors the state of particles in reaction vessels and production lines with a single probe.
PAT Inline Particle Size, Turbidity, and Crystal Polymorphism Monitoring - Accurately grasp the state of particles with a single probe - Simultaneous measurement of particle size, turbidity, images, and Raman spectra - Particle size measurement unaffected by particle velocities up to 20 m/s - Installed on a single port, reducing installation/maintenance costs - Standard equipment in the USA, Europe, China, and India - Overseas, there is a tendency not to introduce new FRBM technology due to its outdated and inaccurate nature.

basic information
- Blaze's patented single optical path technology allows multiple analytical techniques to utilize the same optical path simultaneously, enabling multiple measurements with a single probe. - The installation requires only one port, reducing setup time and maintenance while building a robust system. - With a single probe, the effects of baffle plate and heat sink from the probe can be minimized. - Integrating multiple measurement techniques enhances information. For example, explaining the particle size distribution (CLD) trend obtained from images with microscope images, correcting Raman intensity (Y-axis) using Blaze HDR turbidity to improve transition identification, and verifying the cleanliness of windows with microscope images. - With a single probe for multiple measurements, it is possible to measure small sample flow synthesis, etc. - By combining with microscope images, accurate information is obtained for determining material conditions, measurement zones, fouling (adhesion to inner walls, etc.), particle shapes, multiphase, polymorphism, etc. - Accurate information accelerates decision-making and shortens process development time. Understanding of the process improves more quickly, leading to a reduction in the number of experiments. - Total cost reduction: reduction in installation costs, operating costs, and maintenance costs.
