[News] A cloud service that can reflect work details and time in estimates.

◆It is now possible to set setup times by size Kabuku Inc. announced on December 22 that it has expanded the setup time and tolerance setting functions in "Cost PRO" to allow work content and time to be reflected in estimates. "Cost PRO" is a service that enables cost estimation for processing in the cloud. This time, the company has added a setup time setting function by size to the features of "Cost PRO." For heavy products that cannot be manually attached and detached, it is now possible to set the weight and working time for heavy items, assuming the use of cranes or forklifts. ◆Adjustment of time related to tolerances can also be set by size Additionally, this time, users can now adjust the setup time and inspection time for dimensional tolerances and geometric tolerances. Furthermore, it has become possible to reflect the actual manufacturing process in the estimation of man-hours to calculate costs. In addition, the material costs for angular items calculated by Cost PRO have been revised to more closely align with market conditions as of December 21. However, it is important to note that if drawings estimated before December 20 are recalculated, they will be calculated using the new material costs.
