New proposal! Wall-mounted room differential pressure control damper.
It is possible to maintain and manage the differential pressure between rooms independently. ◆ The damper is equipped with a motor, pressure sensor, controller, and display. ◆ The differential pressure between rooms is stabilized through active control. ◆ It has a wide control range and can accommodate low airflows. ◆ It has the same opening as conventional products, allowing for easy replacement. ◆ It allows for switching between negative and positive pressure without changing the installation orientation. ◆ Differential pressure settings can be made in increments of 1 Pa.

basic information
Traditionally, significant air conditioning duct work was necessary to control differential pressure, but by using room dampers, it is possible to control differential pressure without extensive duct work. By simply installing supply (exhaust) devices in important rooms and attaching them to the walls between rooms, stepwise differential pressure control can be easily achieved. Additionally, conventional products operate passively, so any imbalance in differential pressure or airflow requires adjustments, and even during initial adjustments, a long adjustment time was necessary. However, with room dampers, you only need to set the desired differential pressure, which significantly reduces the adjustment workload. Since they also come equipped with differential pressure gauges, they can monitor inter-room differential pressure independently, and with RS485 communication capabilities, centralized monitoring is also possible.
