【Regarding these concerns】 ■ Management Associations - The size of the mechanical parking lot does not match current trends, resulting in many vacancies. - The mechanical parking lot is aging year by year, leading to increased maintenance costs. - The number of parking lot users is decreasing (decline in car ownership). - The repair reserve fund is not decreasing (association revenue is declining). ■ Residents - The building is an older type with no storage space in each unit. - With the increase in remote work, there is a struggle to secure space. - The increase in online classes has also made it difficult to secure space. - Using a trunk room near home is inconvenient due to the need to travel by car. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
