At Toyo Special Steel Co., Ltd., we were explaining our company through brochures and PowerPoint materials, but it was difficult to convey what the company does in the short time available at joint information sessions, leading to challenges in our recruitment activities. After seeing examples from other companies and hearing voices from within the company suggesting the need for it, we decided to produce a video.
