At the parts manufacturer, there was a task involving handling a cleaning machine that could weigh up to 70 kg when parts were placed into it. Since the parts were being manually transported to the cleaning machine, work efficiency was poor, and it placed a burden on employees. ■Solution and Effects To solve the problem, we proposed our Wyman "MY-BS-104." To improve work efficiency and ensure a spacious workspace, we suggested a mobile cart-type Wyman. As a result, it became usable anywhere in the factory, expanding the work area. Tasks that previously took half a day for cleaning saw improved efficiency, allowing them to be completed in half the time.
