Identify the causes of hollowing, and construction can be carried out without repairs! Excavation of the ground is minimized, and the construction period is shortened.
The "Juuten Bag Method" is an evolved construction technique that addresses the challenges of embankment work and provides a more reliable repair solution. As a solution to the issues of outflow prevention and loss reduction associated with slurry-based filling materials, we have developed a bag (Juuten Bag) for LSS filling. This bag is folded and inserted into underground cavities through conventional filling holes, allowing for the filling of LSS. It expands to fit the shape within the cavity, eliminating the risk of outflow since it is contained within the bag. The construction is simple as it does not require large heavy machinery. 【Features】 ■ Evolution of embankment work with LSS + "Juuten Bag" ■ Identification of the causes of cavity formation, allowing for construction without repairs ■ Underwater construction is possible ■ Minimal ground excavation reduces construction time ■ Simple construction without the need for large heavy machinery *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
