Construction completed at -25℃! Introduction of a case where construction was completed without significantly impacting the customer's operations.
We would like to introduce a case where a special material that hardens even at -25°C was used in a large freezer, without changing the freezer's temperature to room temperature and while maintaining it at -25°C. The entrance and exit of the freezer are prone to damage due to the frequent temperature fluctuations. Concrete is also affected by heat cycles. If the freezer were to be changed to room temperature, it would require the removal of stored items, but by conducting the work without changing to room temperature, we were able to complete the construction without significantly impacting the customer's operations. At Asahi Coating, we provide various proposals tailored to our customers' situations and requests. If you have any concerns regarding floor coating or the Eucrete method, please feel free to consult us.
