The air shafts from ATEM can accommodate all core sizes, clamping cores with a minimum inner diameter of 12.7mm to a maximum inner diameter of 500mm, meeting all of our customers' needs. Lightweight handling of heavy loads We aim to maximize the load capacity of the air shafts while reducing weight and enhancing ease of handling. Many models of our air shafts feature an independent bladder system that provides safer air pressure control, eliminating machine downtime and extending the lifespan of the air shafts. Core automatic centering system Most models of our air shafts can be equipped with an automatic centering system, making precise winding operations easy to perform.
