We will safely remove the coating with consideration for the environment.
"RPR Coating Removal" is a new method that significantly improves the working environment, safety, and efficiency compared to conventional methods in the process of coating peeling and removal. In this method, heat generated on the surface of the steel plate is utilized through electromagnetic induction heating (IH) to peel off the coating on the steel plate surface. Additionally, it is effective for the removal of hot coating films over 500μm thick, thickly applied paint films, rubber linings, and FRP linings, which are difficult to remove with other methods. [Advantages] ■ Designed with consideration for the health and safety of workers ■ Generates almost no dust and does not scatter paint films ■ Particularly low waste compared to existing methods *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
