The "QC-711M/L" is a salt spray testing machine used to measure the corrosion resistance of parts that have undergone surface treatments such as plating, painting, and anodizing. It accelerates corrosion using a mist of saltwater to evaluate corrosion resistance in a short period. There are three types of saltwater used in salt spray testing: neutral salt spray test, acetic acid salt spray test, and copper accelerated acetic acid salt spray test. The test specimen should be placed in the test chamber either suspended vertically or at an angle of 15 to 30 degrees, ensuring a spacing of at least 20mm between specimens.
