An armchair that inherits the structure of the Pria chair.
Designed by Giancarlo Piretti in 1970, this is a folding and stacking armchair. It was introduced as one of the works that inherited the structure of the Pria chair, designed in 1967. Thanks to a special joint made of aluminum alloy, it can be easily folded while combining beauty, functionality, and comfort. The acrylic resin (PMMA) used for the seat has excellent transparency and is very strong against weather and impact, making it a material also used for automotive lamp cover lenses and large aquarium tanks. The rounded seat gently envelops the body. The rational and innovative design of the Prona armchair is unique yet blends well with interiors, making it an ideal chair for various settings.
