Our company is a process consultation firm that accompanies organizational transformation and talent development, supporting the evolution created by everyone together. Are there obvious challenges or correct solutions for revitalizing an organization? The path to organizational revitalization is complex, and within an organization or team, each individual's perception of their situation, their visible perspective, and what they prioritize can differ. Furthermore, even the same solution can be interpreted and acted upon differently by various recipients. First, it is important to focus on these individual differences and sharpen everyone’s sensors to understand “what is really happening in the current organization.” As a first step, TeamCOMPASS was developed as a tool to capture the often-invisible "current state of the organization." Based on the insights gained from TeamCOMPASS, let’s share our perceptions with each other and start a dialogue about what kind of organization we want to create and what we need to confront first.
