Integrated Management System for Manufacturing and Plants: SDxV
"Integrated Management System for Plant Data and Videos" - Clearly showing the "now" and "then" from afar!
This solution integrates various plant data scattered throughout the plant (such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, rotational speed, vibration frequency, equipment operating status, control set values, and plant operating conditions) with video from cameras and thermal camera footage in a SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) system, displaying them on the same screen to enable centralized visualization and monitoring of events occurring within the factory.

basic information
When monitoring "plant data" and managing "production site videos" with separate systems, it becomes necessary to analyze the site conditions while exploring their correlation, which places a significant burden on operators to accurately and instantly assess the situation on the production floor. By integrating these two into a single solution, we can eliminate the need for movement for aggregating plant data and monitoring the site, allowing for centralized management of remote site monitoring in real time. As a result, we can prevent issues caused by unexpected accidents and aging changes, ensure stable operation of equipment, prevent major factory disasters, and optimize the overall process operations!

Applications/Examples of results
<Pre-Introduction Issues> 1. Unable to monitor signs of equipment trouble. 2. Continuing partial operation, leading to increased losses. 3. Difficult to identify causes in the event of an accident in unmanned areas. 4. Equipment adjustments depend on the operator's skill due to visual confirmation. <Solution to Issues> 1. Visualization of anomaly alarms through AI calculations. 2. Visual confirmation via video when alarms occur. 3. Simultaneous monitoring of sensor conditions. 4. Multidimensional monitoring through other videos. <Operational Examples> 1. Confirmation of anomaly alarm occurrence through AI calculations. 2. Visual confirmation of video during alarm occurrence. 3. Analysis of equipment load conditions through AI calculations. 4. Analysis of trends in AI calculation data through charts. 5. Analysis of trends in sensor data through charts. 6. Comprehensive assessment to determine actions for equipment (emergency stop, low-speed operation, etc.).
