【Development Process】 ■STEP 1: Initial Testing - Inspect whether the test material can be used for recycled tiles. ■STEP 2: Meeting - Based on the results of the initial test, confirm whether to proceed to the next test. ■STEP 3: Two-Phase Testing - Conduct a "Two-Phase Button Test" to determine the appropriate mixing ratio of the test material and binder. ■STEP 4: Three-Phase Testing - Implement a "Three-Phase Button Test" for a more stable formulation. ■STEP 5: Tile Shape Generation Testing - Decide on the manufacturing and molding methods for the tiles, and conduct firing tests using the actual tile shape. ■Completion of Recycled Tiles - Once the product is completed, determine the quantity and delivery date, and begin mass production of the tiles. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
