Achieve product traceability by centrally managing products! Increased reliability as proof of transaction.
We would like to introduce a case study of our "Weight Management System" implemented for companies that ship copper and iron wire products. Currently, there is no connection between the weighing equipment and the system, and we were considering improving unnecessary tasks such as manually managing the values measured by the weighing device. After the system was implemented, it became possible to enhance the accuracy of the weighing equipment and obtain more precise weight measurements. 【Case Overview】 ■ Objectives/Requests - To automatically capture product weight data - To integrate with production instructions (from other systems) - To prevent incorrect shipments ■ Solution - Implemented the Weight Management System - Added functions to support other systems - Changed the weighing device to one with better accuracy and linked it to the system *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
