Redundancy of the PLC system using Siemens S7-400 CPU. Contributes to improving equipment operational efficiency.
We have created a control program for the boiler drum based on three elements/single element, as well as a monitoring screen program, to be implemented in the boiler control panel produced in-house. The program controls the water level, steam pressure, and temperature within the boiler drum, and detailed parameters related to these can be input and modified from the monitoring device. In addition to the touch panel, there is a SCADA device prepared by the customer, and we have also developed input switching control for both devices.

basic information
The design uses a Siemens S7-400 CPU to create a redundant PLC system, increasing the operational efficiency of the equipment. Additionally, the program is visualized, ensuring ease of maintenance after release. The functions within the created program can be made into libraries, allowing for easy repurposing in other programs when paired with function specification documents (such as block diagrams).
