Since 2003, our company has been engaged in numerous operations support contracts for hot spring and accommodation facilities for local governments and private companies. Currently, we operate 18 hot spring and accommodation facilities primarily in the Shikoku region, as well as in western Japan and the Tokai area. In the future, we aim to continue stable management of each "Pokapoka Onsen" location and the facilities under our management contracts, while actively engaging in management contracts (designated management) for local governments and revitalization projects for hot spring and accommodation facilities based on the know-how we have cultivated so far.
