At Printing Company A, they have three printing machines and create monthly reports on their operational status, recording output quantities, defects, and operating hours on paper for aggregation. As the trend towards small lot production of various products progresses, the price transfer for small lots has not advanced significantly, and they expressed a desire to understand profitability based on the working hours for each product. We proposed a performance collection device that we also use. It can manage three printing machines from different manufacturers with a single collection device, and thanks to the transition from manual data collection to automatic collection, input errors have been eliminated, increasing the reliability of the performance data.
