This is a case study introducing the ozone generators "O3 Clear 3" and "Ozone Cooler" that were implemented at the French restaurant Bonappetit Meshiagare in Nara Prefecture. The restaurant is located in a renovated traditional house that is prone to mold growth, with significant mold appearing in the earthen floor, causing unpleasant odors. Additionally, many mice had made their home there, contributing to the problem of animal odors. Due to its compact size and effectiveness against unpleasant smells, the ozone generators were introduced as a measure against viruses as well. After implementation, the mold in the earthen floor was suppressed, and the animal odors from the mice diminished, resolving long-standing issues.
