We would like to introduce a case where our "Ozone Generator" was implemented at Yomeishu Shuzō. The company was using hydrogen peroxide to clean and disinfect their koji-making equipment, but due to variations in cleaning times among workers, they were looking for a method that would eliminate inconsistencies. They were also considering ways to shorten the cleaning and disinfection process.
