Achieving significant energy consumption reduction! Introducing examples of switching to low-temperature, non-electrolytic, and water-soluble processes.
We would like to introduce a case of suppressing greenhouse gas emissions. We used to burn processing oil and coatings at 500°C in a lead bath or baking furnace, and then remove the burnt dirt from the metal surface with dilute hydrochloric acid. We have eliminated the use of lead baths and baking furnaces and proposed degreasing with cleaning agents AM-8 and FM-3. This has achieved a significant reduction in energy consumption.
