Bypass valve (switching valve) used in the EGR system of ICEs. It is considered essential to have an EGR system since NOx is generated during exhaust even in next-generation engines (mainly hydrogen engines). We propose a system that includes a bypass valve adopted for commercial vehicles and an electric vacuum pump that generates the negative pressure, which is the actuator drive source for the bypass valve. 【Bypass Valve】 The actuator can be made from resin materials, contributing to weight reduction. Additionally, we have implemented design improvements on the shaft to minimize leakage. 【Electric Vacuum Pump】 We have adopted a motor with brushes to aim for cost reduction. Its durability is over 100,000 km in passenger cars, achieving maintenance-free operation. The capacity is a vane type with 20 cc/rev, and it can be modified to a 40 cc/rev specification by connecting two units. It is oil-free, ensuring that there is no contamination in the piping or actuator! We also manufacture the controller in-house to provide a complete solution. Furthermore, we can offer each component individually, so we welcome requests for just the bypass valve or just the electric vacuum pump!
