[Proposal Example] I would like to change the wooden box to a cardboard case.

Reduced workload! A case where the taping of the bottom was omitted to improve the efficiency of box packing!

The customer was using wooden boxes for packaging indoors, and the packing personnel were either women or elderly individuals, facing the issues of wanting to improve the efficiency of the packing process and that the wooden boxes were too heavy for female workers to handle. In response, our company proposed using lightweight cardboard, taking advantage of the indoor work environment. This not only reduced the workload but also allowed for space-saving through flat storage management. 【Case Summary】 ■ Issues: Wanting to improve the efficiency of the packing process; wooden boxes are too heavy for female workers to handle. ■ Proposal: Suggested lightweight cardboard, leveraging the advantage of indoor work. ■ Effects: Reduced workload and achieved space-saving through flat storage management. *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.
