Detailed information
-
This is a signage system that integrates a touch panel with a robot. The robot assists with facility guidance through the touch panel. The robot has two modes: in "Manual Mode," a guide can control the robot's movements via remote operation over the internet, engaging in conversation with customers using gestures while observing their expressions. It can pick up on subtle nuances from customers and provide accurate guidance. In "Auto Mode," even without an operator, the robot provides guidance to customers through automated voice responses and gestures that follow a scenario linked to the touch panel. It is designed to be installed at information counters, allowing for non-contact guidance during the COVID-19 pandemic, and enabling one person to operate multiple robots simultaneously or multiple people to operate a single robot.
