In such cases, blasting treatment can completely remove the rust. For base materials with advanced rust, it is necessary to perform rust prevention treatment immediately after surface preparation through blasting. Even a short period of 1 to 2 hours without rust prevention treatment can lead to renewed rust progression and darkening of the surface, so caution is required. The "lifespan of the paint" on metal products, or rather the "lifespan of the product," is greatly influenced by the preparation of the base material!
