● High precision and high-speed operation Achieves high-speed and high-precision insertion of connectors through unique visual control. Real-time scanning is conducted, repeatedly measuring and moving until the target point is reached. Even if the target point shifts during movement, tracking correction is possible. Since it does not use force sensors or similar devices, the time for connector insertion is significantly reduced. ● Supports a variety of insertion tasks Compatible with a wide range of connector sizes from 5 to 41 mm. External cameras and lighting can be connected without external wiring. The device configuration takes advantage of a hollow structure, allowing insertion from various directions and angles without interference from peripheral devices. ● Easy setup Real-time correction using visual sensors enables accurate insertion without strict positioning. This reduces setup time during changeovers in production environments. ● Standard traceability features Appearance inspection results during insertion and upon completion are saved as image information. Equipped with a standard QR code reader function, allowing management and recording of inspection results linked to image information.
