◆Highlights◆ ●Sand Mold 3D Printer The sand mold 3D printer eliminates the process of machining wooden patterns, allowing for direct creation of sand molds and casting, significantly reducing lead times. For small items, it is possible to receive castings the next day. If anyone involved in casting is struggling with increasingly complex shape designs and looking for good improvement solutions, please come and see us! We also welcome inquiries on-site for equipment tours, actual modeling experiences, or requests for prototype production. ●SLA 3D Printer The most notable feature of the SLA (Stereolithography) method is the availability of highly transparent materials. From intricate shapes like connectors to large shapes up to 800×600×400mm, it is possible to create models by simply changing the detailed conditions on the same device. We also welcome inquiries on-site for equipment tours, actual modeling experiences, or requests for prototype production. ●SLA Precision Casting Solution Precision casting is the most accurate method among various 3D printing techniques. We introduce a method of precision casting that uses models created by the SLA (Stereolithography) method as masters, which are then burned out in a high-temperature furnace, eliminating the need for molds.
