We would like to introduce a case of custom support that we have implemented. The PC controlling the automatic programming system accesses the database via the customer's network, automatically downloading writing information such as master data and production quantities, and setting it into the programming system itself. By automatically installing new data and configuration information into the system, operators on the production floor no longer need to manually set writing information, and it has become possible to disseminate information such as production changes to the site in real-time.
