■Details of Processing Technology This is a lining coated with a special silicone material that is soft yet has excellent tear resistance, applied using a dipping method. It has grip and cushioning properties, making it suitable for use as a protective material during product transport and handling. This technology involves lining with silicone rubber that excels in chemical resistance, grip strength, and release properties. ■Processing Temperature Processing is done at room temperature. Depending on the shape and grade, some may require heating to promote reaction. We can also carry out work on walls, ceilings, gutters, and drainage channels upon request, not just on floors. ■Base Material In addition to processing metals, it is also possible to treat rubber and sponge materials. ■Cautions (Disadvantages Due to Processing, etc.) Since the coating is applied using a dipping method, the film thickness will be 0.5 to 0.7 mm. (Not suitable for parts requiring precision.) Additionally, coating is generally limited to flat surfaces. While we have experience with stainless steel, aluminum, and synthetic rubber, please inquire about other base material types.
