■Details of Processing Technology We line the floor mortar of food manufacturing lines to provide water and oil resistance, preventing foreign matter contamination. When carts or forklifts are in operation, we ensure the specifications can withstand loads combined with aggregates. If cleaning with steam or chemicals is required, we can also finish with a dedicated topcoat. Wet floors can become very slippery, but by mixing in silica sand or adjusting the viscosity of the coating material to achieve a textured finish, we can create a slip-resistant floor lining. ■Base Material Iron-based, SUS-based, mortar ■Cautions (Disadvantages due to treatment, etc.) If dirt, moisture, or oil has penetrated, additional labor may be required for substrate polishing. Some coating materials may have a strong solvent odor. Longer drying and curing times may be necessary.
