"Shanion Alpha" is a shaping film that converts the point light of LEDs into "lines" and "various patterns." Using a unique mastering (original plate production) technology, a metal mold (stamper) forms fine patterns on the surface of the plastic film. It is possible to achieve three-dimensional forming, such as hemispherical shapes, while maintaining the shape of the fine patterns. When LEDs are placed on the back of the film, various light patterns can be expressed according to the shape of the fine patterns.
