The team responsible for AS400 development is aging, and considering the possibility of retirement, there is a risk that members who understand the system specifications will no longer be available, necessitating measures to mitigate this risk. Therefore, our company conducted an inventory of the assets to be migrated through the analysis of current assets prior to code conversion, allowing for the pre-extraction of migration difficulties and issues, and confirming a safe project schedule and structure.
