Arbitrary attenuation levels can be programmed. - Manual mode and program mode. Two attenuation setting modes can be selected. - Built-in 128K word program memory. - Supports a maximum reading (switching) speed of 2μs/word. - Three reading modes: FREE, BURST, GATE. - Setting of pause duration based on clock counts or time.
