The plating coating system "Indium Mirror Coating System" was born from the collaboration between indium plating paint "Ecomirror 49" (Musashi Paint Holdings) and the painting robot "Line Dancer" (Takubo Engineering). The Indium Mirror Coating System is a dedicated production system for Ecomirror 49, enabling mass production of plating coating through robot spraying. This plating coating system simultaneously addresses mass production, cost reduction, and environmental measures. It is suitable for various applications including automotive parts, mobile communication devices, cosmetics, and video equipment. The target sizes range from small items that fit in both palms to medium-sized objects. The rotational painting technology "R Technology" possessed by the painting robot achieves a uniform thin film coating. It maximizes the functions of the indium paint, such as millimeter-wave permeability.
