Selective removal of tetravalent tin from tin plating solution.
The "E-PP Series" is a filtration system that selectively and continuously removes unwanted tetravalent tin, while leaving behind the divalent tin available from the tin plating bath. By continuously removing tetravalent tin, it achieves a longer interval for the troublesome sedimentation work. Since it can be removed continuously, product quality remains stable. The structure is based on a combination of a conventional magnetic pump and a bag filter, which can effectively remove only the tetravalent tin sludge. 【Features】 ■ No downtime due to sludge removal ■ Extended intervals for sedimentation work ■ Reduced loss of divalent tin due to stable low tetravalent tin concentration ■ Reduced consumption of MSA and additives for both soluble and insoluble anodes ■ Improved plating quality achieved through low tetravalent tin concentration *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
